Tendering can be confusing, stressful, and time-consuming, especially when you’re staring at a question thinking, “What exactly do they want here?”
That’s where the Tender Support Line comes in.
For £100, you can book a one-hour call and get clear, practical advice on the tender you’re working on, all tailored to your bid and your business.
What can be covered in an hour?
A lot, actually. Depending on what you need, I can:
- Go through specific tender questions you’re stuck on
- Help you structure your answers so they’re clear, logical, and score well
- Sense-check your draft answers
- Help you understand the buyer’s requirements and scoring
- Talk through compliance issues and common mistakes
You set the agenda, we focus on what will make the biggest difference to your submission.
How it works
- £100 for a one-hour session, paid upfront at the time of booking
- Book online and choose a date and time that suits you
- You can upload relevant tender documents at the time of booking, or simply bring them along to the call
- Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with joining details
- The session is held via MS Teams
- You bring along any information you need, and the questions you want help with
- We use the hour to focus on the areas where you want the most support
There’s no long-term commitment and no pressure to book anything else. Just a focused hour of expert support, exactly when you need it.
Get the most out of your call
To make sure you get maximum value, I always recommend coming prepared. Have the tender documents open, know which questions you want help with, and jot down any specific concerns beforehand. The more organised you are, the more ground we can cover, and an hour can go a long way.
Who this is for
This service is ideal if you:
- are writing a tender in-house and want expert backup
- don’t need full bid writing support
- want quick, honest advice without a long contract
- are new to tendering and need reassurance you’re on the right track
Think of it as having a tender expert on the other end of the phone when you need one most.
